Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want code-shipper to earn its keep. This policy explains cancellations and refunds.
Cancellation
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
If code-shipper isn't working for you, email us within 7 days of a charge for a full refund of that billing period, provided you have not consumed a substantial share of the plan's monthly PR allowance. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Failed or duplicate charges
Any duplicate or erroneous charge is refunded in full on request. Failed payments do not grant access.
Annual / pilot arrangements
Custom pilots are refunded pro-rata per their written terms.
