code-shipper

Terms of Service

Last updated: 9 June 2026

These terms govern your use of code-shipper ("the Service"), operated from India. By creating an account or connecting a repository you agree to them.

1. The Service

code-shipper reads a GitHub issue you label and opens a draft pull request containing a proposed code change and tests. Every change is a draft; you remain the reviewer and are solely responsible for any code you merge.

2. Your responsibilities

You must own or be authorised to grant access to the repositories you connect. You are responsible for reviewing every PR before merging and for the consequences of merged code. Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate third-party rights.

3. Plans and billing

Free, Pro, and Team plans are described on the pricing page. Paid plans bill monthly in advance via Razorpay (INR) or Stripe (USD). Usage limits (PRs per month) apply per plan. Taxes including GST are added where applicable.

4. Acceptable use

We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that abuse the Service, attempt to exhaust compute, or attempt to extract other users' data.

5. No warranty

Generated code is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it is correct, secure, or fit for purpose. You must review and test it. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding month.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate for breach of these terms. On termination we delete connected-repo access tokens.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
